If so, do you have any pictures of how it works as a dining room, and if we can comfortably get a round dining table in it. I understand it depends on the size of the table btw, but a 6-8 seater would be what I would love to have.

You will probably be better off with a rectangular table because ideally you want 1.2m space for chairs all the way round the table so you can comfortably pull them out to sit down and still have room to walk behind them without shuffling up against the walls. Alternatively have a smaller round table for everyday that can be extended to an oval shape or rectangle with rounded ends to seat more people.

Our kitchen dinner is 3 x 5 and a round table will be too wide i think. However we have an oval table that extends (the two ends pull apart) and that works fine.

Round won't work.

Rectangular or oval/oblong would be much better.

I suspected as much, but just wanted to be sure. Gah! Ive always wanted a round dining table. Maybe at my next house Grin
