Should I worry about floor vibrations when washing machine is on?

We've moved into a new build townhouse so the washing machine is in the kitchen on the first floor. When it spins, the washing machine doesn't shake or make any untoward noises, but I can feel vibrations in the floor and in the floor above. The machine itself is sitting on karndean flooring.

I don't know if it's completely normal, and the vibrations are really just down to it not sitting on a concrete ground floor as it did in our old house, or if it's something to be concerned about. I know washing machines don't always travel well, but it sounds and seems fine when it's on.
