Ok still trying to decide where to move to and these two places have been suggested multiple times and seem to fit our budget/preferred commuting distance.
Can you tell me what you know about them or if there is somewhere else you'd recommend?
Dh commutes to Westminster, ideally we'd like to be North or East of London due to family and he would like a commute of no more than an hour, preferably less (think Upminster and Watford are about 40 mins). Budget is maximum 475k and we want 3 bedrooms. We want an area which is family friendly and safe (is Watford??), ds is only a baby but we would like to stay in area so good schools/activities would be nice.
