Drawer mounted ironing boards - pros and cons?

We are starting to plan a kitchen renovation and am looking at drawer mounted ironing boards.
Are they any good does anyone know? From a storage point of view they look great but I am wondering how sturdy and long lasting they are. We do a lot of ironing!

I like the idea but in all the photos I have seen it looks like the drawer front could get in the way while you are using it. Hopefully someone will come along to say that I am wrong.

I rather have a proper ironing board stored somewhere - mine hangs on hook behind utility room door.
Trouble is with those integrated ones, is you have to do your ironing THERE.
What if you want to iron in living room and watch TV?
Or someone wants to iron a single item cos they're going out but you're cooking so you get in each other's way

I like my ironing board quite high. One height wouldn't work for me.

I store mine in the laundry room and move it around. I would not like it fixed in one place.

As long as it's designed so where it is means you can approach and iron at it from both sides and it doesn't block up any important walk ways they can be useful - but it's always an idea to check that the height will be comfortable for you and choose one where the drawer front flips down - so it's not in the way !
