Glass splashback on unsealed plaster

Quick question; my kitchen fitter has helpfully put up my lovely bespoke printed glass splashback behind the hob as part of his day's work. Which is great. It's just that we hadn't sealed the fresh plaster behind it yet (so silicone adhesive straight onto that) and I'm worrying it's going to fall off!

I should add I'm 34 weeks pregnant and irrationally neurotic about every element of the kitchen installation. Is it going to go crash??
