Any plasterers on here ?

I have posted on here before regarding my builder.

I had a plasterer/renderer (sorry if I'm getting the descriptions wrong) build up the neck of my house as you can see it's lopsided from the photo. I don't expect it to be perfectly symmetrical but I would like it to be more even. When I mentioned it to my main builder he said he will continue to rebuild it as it can't be built up in one go and it needs to dry out in between.
Of course my builder has nor returned to fix this.
He has left an incomplete job. Can I find a plasterer/renderer to fix this ? Or am to remain lopsided ?

Er - this may be a dumb question, but where's the damp proof course and isn't what you've had rendered joining with the paving bridging the damp proof course?
