can anyone help me with buying selling lists/costs

1. split deed and create new lease ( approx £1000)

2. EPC rating ( aprox £60)

3. move electricity meter ( its currently in another part of the property that needs to be moved) ( aprox £ 800)

4. split water ( no idea!)

Any other costs for buyer or seller?

For Buyer perhaps a home buyer survey?

Basic conveyancing> Any idea on costs?
