Karndean or Vinyl in bathroom

Got an ensuite converted from a box room - so a reasonable size. Need to replace the vinyl and don't know whether to go for Karndean or not.

It's lasted well in the kitchen - put down by people before us so probably about 15 years old. But is it worth the extra for a bathroom?

I think it makes a bathroom more luxurious - I know it's only a different vinyl product, but the quality of wood, stone or tile effect LVT is so much better than sheet vinyl. I've damaged sheet vinyl vacuuming before now too. Never done that with LVT.

I have Amtico in a bathroom and it is lovely.
