Getting a leasehold extension?

If I have a large one bedroom flat in a wealthy part of London (worth about 800k) that only has about 12yrs left on the lease, what is it likely to cost to get it renewed up to 100yrs again? Any ideas?

It's not going to be good news! Very high!

I found an online calculator once. I'll see if I can locate it.

I put in 12 years left and that it would be £800,000 if it had a long lease.

I just put ground rent as £200 (but you can go and adjust this) it comes up with between £452,000 and £545,000 to extend it.
