I'm seeing this a lot and often in a very short time frame - what would they mean? Unrealistic prices set by the ea to get their business and impress the client or by desperate clients?

e.g.
First listed
£95,000 on 16th Mar 2017
Asking price changes
£90,000 5.3% Reduced on: 5th Apr 2017
£87,995 2.2% Reduced on: 28th Jun 2017

I've seen some drop by £15k which, when under £100k, is a lot!

Could be. Maybe coupled with an urgent need to sell. The vendors might have found their next home, for example and be keen to get moving.

Combination of unrealistic starting price and desire to sell (usually because vendor has found place they want to but it could be dozens of reasons - divorce, moving for a job, probate sale and want to get hold of the funds etc)
