House is £700k and been on since March. They had offers at the start of marketing which they rejected but in hindsight should have accepted so we're trying to second guess what that figure was. It needs an entire every nook and cranny paint job, new kitchen, new flooring.

Look at what it was bought for previously.

Cost the renovations.

Then you'll come to a figure.

I suspect they have a minimum number in mind that no one is close to which is why they haven't sold.

It's hard to compare like for like as the house prices vary from 550-800k on the same road
