Has anyone bought a new shared-ownership home from Taylor Wimpey?

Hi. Just that really. We are currently in a 2-bed shared ownership place but are interested in some Taylor Wimpey 3-bed shared ownership development a few miles away. It's a much nicer area than where we live now (if a little isolated) but it has good schools and that nearby, and we need the extra room. Does anyone have any experiences of using Taylor Wimpey?

No experience, but be very wary of new-build leasehold properties, and read the small print/contract carefully. (I understand* that Taylor Wimpey are one of the companies who have started selling properties as leasehold, with increasing ground-rent issues that are problematic to sell on).
