We are thinking of moving to Emsworth, Hampshire.
Does anyone know this area? Please could you tell me where's good, where to avoid, anything really. I would really appreciate it.

MIL lives near the beach road lucky... I think most areas are ok North Emsworth not so good for commuting , Westbourne is nice ..parts of Southbourne and Nutbourne (lots of solid 1950s housing stock).

Emsworth and the surrounding 'bournes are lovely. You'll struggle to get into schools though, if primary I think the closest vaguely good with space is in Rowland's Castle. Rowland's Castle is a nice village too, but avoid the fringes near Staunton Park.

I live 10 minutes from Emsworth and I'm happy to help via pm on the village I'm in and it's neighbours but I'd rather not 'out' my location that much!
