Process of buying a house- mortgage

Hi guys! Really stressed here!! Wondered if anyone can advice/help 😊

I'm in a process of buying a house and I need to send my mortgages (Natwest) my proof of benefits. I recieved a provisional tax credit letter.. Will this be ok instead of Tax Award letter? I don't understand!! Xx

I'm in the process at the moment and i've sent my award letter from last year as my claim is still going through, do you not have a contact at Natwest you can ask ? Im going via a broker so dont know if that makes a difference

Yes I'm with broker too, I don't know what to do it's so stressful x

You need to request a new award letter for the next year x that's what I was told to do x
