Who to ask... Plug socket

Probably a stupid question but who is best to be called out to repair/replace a hanging plug socket? Handyman or electrician?

Depends what you mean by best, a handy man could do it but wouldn't do the same tests as an electrician afterwards. However the electrician would be more busy and would charge more.
They'd both be just as specialised as making good around the socket. So on balance I'd say handy man if it's only mechanical not electrical the issue, otherwise electrician.
