Undercounted cabinets - or drawers?

I am going to have a long row of undercounter cabinets in my new kitchen and I am wondering about what type of cabinets? Thinking about having ALL drawers for a uniform look (maybe pan drawers as handy to have the deeper compartments) - or do you think this might be a mistake? I would have a larder cupboard, too so room to store taller items in that. What do you think / has anyone done similar?

I have a couple of deep drawers in an island that we added later and I love them.
Shallow cutlery drawer plus 2 deep drawers =perfection
We also have two drawers in original kitchen bit and they are rubbish as they are 6" shy of back of cupboard

We have three sets of pan drawers - top drawers are shallow for cutlery, utensils, table linen, etc and the others have crockery, pans, etc in them. They are brilliant.

We are in the middle of designing new kitchen and plan to have mostly pan drawers with small drawer at top for cutlery, tinfoil at. Looking at images and them and looking at them in the showrooms I think they will be far better than cupboards you have to get on your knees to get stuff from.
We will still have a large l shape corner cupboard for appliances like the bread maker (not been used in 6 years though so debating getting rid!)
