toilet? Just that really. There are no weird features, it would be very straightforward with standard fittings.

We had toilet and loo replaced plus some vinyl flooring, £250 plus vat for the labour and only took about 5 hours. I can't remember how much the fittings cost, they were from better bathrooms so pretty reasonable. Was an 80s style suite beforehand so made a massive difference.
