I have been given section 21 by the landlord, my name is not on the tenancy, my husbands name is on it but he is in prison! I want to move to where my family are for emotional support as I suffer from depression. Anxiety etc. I have no references, no bond to offer either. I will leaving the job I'm in, though have been signed off with the stress of it all! I also have pets! Was told local council won't help until Baliffs come! But I don't want to get that far! For the kids as well as my mental health. Any advice?
