Shower valves,one or two controls?

Hi,offering a shower for new ensuite. We're just having a slider rail kit with it so one outlet.
There are two options....2 valves (presumably one to switch on and one for temp)
Or 1 which is to turn on and for temp.

Any advice for which one we should have?

Whichever you think looks nicest. Both options would be fine.

Thankyou

I like to have one for on and one for temp so it stays at the temp I set it, but if you live with other people that is less of a thing.

Separate so temp control stays as you want it.
