I've just had a kitchen fitted ( white gloss door s and grey worktop) but don't know what to do with the walls between the cupboards. I like the splash back look but can you have all that space covered with it. I'm worried also that it may be very expensive . Any ideas ?

Tile it?

I just have decent paint and a granite upstand. A large mirror behind the sink. I would have a splash back behind the hob and you could use large format tiles for this or glass.

We've got red glass upstands and a big glass striped splash back behind the hob. Looks fab and so easy to clean.

I fancy red upstands/splashback. did you measure and fit it yourselves?

painting no, we are useless at anything handy! We got a local glass company to do it.

It's a bit cluttered but hopefully you get the idea! The windowsill (just visible) was also laid with the same glass and is a dream to keep clean.
