A year ago a company came and redid all our fencing - I have been happy with it but one of the posts has become really loose in its hole and so the fencing either side is waving in the wind. My question is - after a year should the company come back to repair or is it normal wear and tear? All the other posts are solid which would suggest this one hasn't been installed correctly but not sure if it's just one of those things!
