Hi all, I am about to fit a new kitchen. I have no idea where to start!

What would you say the must haves are in a kitchen? Including tiles, sink material, worktops etc

Thank you!

Filtered water - either tap, plumbed in fridge or both
Full height pull out cupboard
USB plug sockets
If you have an island, plugs on it for mixers etc
Deep shelves for big pans, mixers etc
And most important, extra fridge for wine!

Fully integrated appliances - separate fridge and freezer so if one breaks down you don't have to replace both. Sliding door pyrolitic ovens with a steamer and one with a microwave. Boiling water tap with drinking water and hot and cold. Oversized induction hob, loads of cupboards, including one wall floor to ceiling. Underfloor heating and Amtico flooring. Oh and a floor to ceiling wine fridge and a pull out larder. Nothing left out on the work surfaces so its easy to keep clean.Grin

Should also have added that we have one cupboard with all of the master switches in so only have sockets on the walls (and plenty of them). You could also put USB charging points in here but we didn't bother as we charge up phones etc by the bed.

Deep drawers for pans instead of cupboards
Boiling water tap (100C, not 98C or 99C)

I also love my warming drawer and use it a lot, but I do have a bit of a thing about eating off warm plates.
