90cm Range Cooker Recommendations??

We're renovating our kitchen and need a new range cooker as the one that came with the house has stopped working.

I was looking at the Aga Masterchef and the Falcon (I know they're both Aga-owned!) but as it's such a huge chunk of our budget I'm scared to commit to a purchase!

Does anyone own a 90cm range that they love and could recommend? I cook a lot so needs to stand up to heavy usage.

Thank you!

I'd recommend not buying a Belling

We have a 90cm range from them, 4 years old and although it still works it's driving me crazy:

-the oven door handles have all had to be replaced because they crack
-the grill melts the knobs above it!
-the markings for temperature and which knob does what are all flaking off so it's becoming hob roulette
-the fan in the oven is noisy as hell

I've got the Rangemaster professional deluxe, it's brilliant.

Good to hear, i've just bought that one :). Gloss black as it was miles cheaper than the other options.

I got free fitting and removal of the old one too, they were fab, in and out in 20 mins, so much less hassle than having to get a gas safe bloke in twice and organise disposal.

Rangemaster are part of Aga.

I looked at an induction one but was have four Le Creuset casserole dishes and I understood you couldnt use them that put me of and the price an induction top I think if I'd wanted one of them ultimately I would have got for a hob and separate oven!
My DH works in the high end construction business and has client with £25000 cooker so he was particularly interested in build quality, I spent weeks reading reviews and looking at cookers including Miele build in ones. I think I know every bloody cooker on the market, we weren't set on a range cooker. He thought the Falcon was so much better made in terms of build quality than the Rangemaster and worth the extra expense. We had a few show room near by which had all the Rangemasters and a few falcons and lots of others so we could easily compare prices/build quality and styles. I have to say the reviews I read about the Rangemasters weren't always great and one shop assistant told me you were paying for style over substance and that they are not really the choice for a serious cook IM sure other will disagree of course but a friend has one (the Classic deluxe fan/electric oven I think) she's a serious cake cook and doesn't think much of it.
