Living Room - what colour?

Finally getting my living room painted after six years waiting to get it done. Only problem is I'm doubting my six year old plan!

1930s semi, south facing, room is nearly 6m x 5m so pretty large. Picture rail and white ceiling that comes down the wall to the rail.

Always thought I'd go a duck egg blue colour - pale, calming. Now thinking about a soft grey colour. Might be more flexible for accessories, furniture etc.

What do you think? Does anyone have any photos for inspiration for me?

No photos to hand but ours is a 30s semi too and we have pale grey with a dark blue on the chimney breast and I love it

Ours is grey. Love it. It was like it when we moved in, and didn't want to change it.

South facing 30s semi here. Lounge is pale blue below the picrure rail and white above. Dark blue in the alcoves

We have a greigey colour throughout the house (various tones from pale to mid) and I'm considering all white for the living room when we renovate, or possibly duck egg blue. I'm a bit bored with the greige, although I love it in the bedrooms.

We have white walls with a silvery/grey wallpaper feature wall, I think it was called something like Silver Devore.

If you're anything like me you will change your mind 6 times and then go back to your original idea.
