Second viewing...hopeful??

Our house has been on for one week. Tomorrow we have a second viewing. EA do all the show arounds and the house is bloody cleanly immaculate!! Any other tips to make them put in an offer??

Offer to be available to answer any questions - there are lots of things the EA can't answer because they don't live there. If this isn't possible, ask the EA to find out if there is anything specific the prospective buyers would like to know about the house and you can email them.

When we sold our house, our buyers specifically asked that we conduct the second viewing. They were concerned about the reality of living in the location, what the neighbours were like and to check our reason for moving.

Ok, I've emailed the EA to say we're happy to be present if the buyers want us to be. I don't want to do a cliche of baking bread but I do want to know I've done everything I can to promote the house.
