Garden room / workshop recommendations needed

After the thread where OP was scammed out of 15k, thought I would turn to MN for advice on this rather than Googling and picking a random company.

I don't want to spend more than 5k.
Want it be to wood that I can stain black. Self assembly would be a plus.

Need a sturdy secure shed type thing to
a) keep all DH tools DIY fishing and camping gear tidy and out of the house
b) store 3 bikes
c) provide a small workbench for DH various messy projects

It needs to be under 2.5m in height to avoid the need for planning permission. Width around 4m, depth 2-3.

Go to any local garden centre or supplier of garden sheds. Stay local and choose a firm that has been around for years. You could easily get the whole job done for the money you have but I would get them to put it up and you will need a base and electrics. The reputable people have contractors who can do all of this.
