We are in the process of selling our house, enquiries are coming through and we are trying to get everything resolved as quickly as possible so that we can exchange and complete in the next few weeks, hopefully!
Twice now our solicitor has promised to respond to things that very day but on both occasions they just haven't done it despite a reminder email/call at the end of the day. In fact they just go off the radar and don't respond to me.
It's so rubbish and bothering me because it's holding things up and we need to get going asap. I wish they would at least manage my expectations or just get back to me saying they are sorry they can't do it after all.
WIBU to pull them up on this and complain about it?
Maybe I am being a PITA but all I have done is (nicely) asked is that going to get done today and they say most definitely 'yes it will get done today'.
Or should I just accept that's the nature of these things and go with the (very slow) flow?
This house business is so stressful!
Thanks in advance for any advice/comments
