Help! Keep on finding spiders in the bathroom

3 giant ones in the past few weeks. My bathroom is tiny and windowless. Where are they coming from and how can I prevent more from coming? It's like living in a horror film!

The plug holes. I saw one climb in that way. I have to keep the plugs in and block the over flow bit with tissue when we get the summer invasion
