How to go about redoing downstairs loo?

I would like to have the sink in our downstairs loo replaced with a small vanity (any suggestions?) and then retiled. The floor and toilet can stay.

Do I get a plumber to fit the vanity or can I do that myself? I don't want to do tiling myself, but do I get a tiler or find a plumber that does both? Or is the whole thing a job for a handyman?

My plumber is making a good job of tiling and fitting the sanitary ware, so that route is definitely possible.

I am not handy myself and it's not something I would tackle.
