tmings on house extensions - how long does it take?

Hello,
Just wanted some advice.
We got planning permission in February and it's end of May and the architects haven't come up with the detailed design yet.

How long is it meant to take?

Ours was about four weeks after planning permission, so not that long at all!

Ask the builder how long it will take and double their answer.
