Touching up paint

A child's greasy hand print has appeared in the landing. As we had the house repainted before Christmas I'm keen to put this right!

I've washed the area down with hot water and a bit of detergent. It hasn't helped much, if anything I've scrubbed a bit too hard in one place, and taken a little paint off.

What is the best course of action. By hand with a brush (polystyrene ones?), or with a mini roller?
It was originally done with a roller, and I have some spare paint.

Stain stop paint rollered on with a small gloss roller then paint over with emulsion.
