Long shot - shower enclosure

I bought my house as a new build 2 years ago and the builder says they installed an ideal shower enclosure. One of the runners on it has broken and I'm trying to get it fixed which is covered by nhbc. However ideal say it's not one or theirs.

In desperation and tearing my hair out (and without a working enclosure since Feb) I wondered if anyone would recognise it/ has the same one/ can tell me who the hell made it?

Try the local plumbers merchants and take photos of one of the other rollers.

That's my next job, trouble is the plumber they used didn't fit the shower enclosures, the joiner did.

But the plumbers merchants might recognise the make of shower enclosure.

Why is it your problem? Can you not simply ask the builder to send a plumber to fix it?

It's because it needs a part. The house builder is working on it.
