Honed/ Leathered Granite

Hi,

We have our hearts set on leathered/honed granite. However I've read it more absorbent and therefore prone to staining. Ive had for 3 years polished white quartz . It's been super, no stains at all.

Anyone tell me your experiences with honed/ leather granite.

Because its honed its got more surface ( close up is all small peaks and troughs - as apposed to dead flat ) so that's why it's possibly described as such - if it's properly sealed and treated with the normal care you would anyway - you shouldn't have problems .
