Anyone else selling their house at the moment ?
We are on with Yopa and have been on the market for 55 days.
I'm doing the viewings myself and have done about 11 now
I'm finding so hard with a 1 year old and 4 year old and a part time job
We did have an accepted offer early on but they withdrew it as they couldn't afford the extra stamp duty with it being a second home to rent
Am thinking of instructing a high street agent and cutting our losses just so I don't have to do any more viewings - has anyone else done this ?
