Do Estate Agents use Google analytics

Hi Guys,

I have recently put my house up for sale (last Thursday).

I was wondering if the estate agents use google analytics to monitor which houses have high interest and which don't.

I'm curious to see if people are even looking at the house. I did email them last week and ask if they had my houses' analytics and they didn't reply so I don't know if it was a silly question.

If it's not something they do then I think they should.

Thanks!

Mine did, but through their own stats not Google specifically. Is it on Right Move etc? Those websites record the traffic and your agent should be able to view this and should known this too.

Yes they do.

They should be able to give you the Rightmove analytic data.

You're attributing a level of savvy that these agents may only hope to have...

They will use Rightmove plus for your weekly marketing reports, they can see how many searches your property came up on, how many advert views it got and the click through rate.

And not replying to your email is really poor. I'm an agent and reply to emails until about 10pm every day including bank holidays and Sundays. That's really shit of them.

Rightmove do it. Ask them for the report but make sure you ask them to include their branch average too. They need to click a separate box for that.
