Am I wrong to still like them?
I've just been to a posh show house and fell in love with the wallpaper.
It was like small peacock feathers and looked stunning.
I also saw a textured wallpaper that looked modern and fresh.

It's inspiring me and my house needs an overhaul.
It's not been decorated in 10 years.
It's also quite plain.
Mostly clay/chalky white everywhere.

No, you are not wrong. Your house, you have what pleases you. Why do we have to be slaves to fashion?

You could be me :) ...... I am the queen of cream but have just used this on one wall in our main living room - took some getting used to but now I love it and do not give a tiny rats arse whether it's fashionable or not. Your home, your rules - go for it :)

I did ask but the lady didn't know.

I couldn't find what I wanted in wallpapers for a feature wall in a guest bedroom, so got a mural. It's large tropical birds and greenery and I love it, I don't care what anyone else thinks. Check out Scandinavian Surface for some truly stunning wallpapers.
