Currently renting a flat in a small block of 20 flats. When we moved in we saw noticed in the bin area downstairs about a rat problem. Dh has seen them down there several times but I haven't Thank God.

The thing is, we live on the first floor and lately I've heard a lot of loud scratching in the walls Sad

Is it worth reporting to the letting agent given that the management company already know about it??

Report and report and report.

If there's rats in cavity walls, there needs to be professional pest controllers called in, and they need to keep returning till it's sorted.

Don't get arsey, cause we all know what (some) LL are like.
Keep 'innocently' asking if they think there could be any public health implications?
