I am planning on renovating my 2 bed flat in East London. The works involve:
- Floor: strip out existing laminate floor and install timber flooring (around 70m2)
- Bathroom: strip out the whole existing bathroom incl wall tiles, vinyl floor, sanitary wares and refit a new bathroom incl new tiles, sanitary wares and vanity unit
- Painting: repaint the whole flat
- Kitchen: take out: existing laminate worktop, tile splashback, sink and gas cooker. And install new spashback, sink and induction hob. Minor carcass alteration to fit new dishwasher and pullout bin.
My flat is in a fairly new development (11years old) and is well maintained.
How much do you think labour only would cost in London? As I will buy all materials myself. I had an intinial quote for 17k - do you think it's reasonable?
