Kensal Rise?

Hi all,

I'm thinking of moving to Kensal Rise and had a wander round Chamberlayne Rd area at the weekend. Houses are lovely and it's a good location for us but I couldn't really see much in the way of food shops? Where does everyone do their weekly shop? Do you do delivery? Any advice would be great.

Hi Piglet - there is a butchers and fish shop on Chamberlayne Road and a few convenience type stores and some delis and a tiny (and in my opinion not very good) Tesco Express. If you head all the way down Chamberlayne Road to where it turns into Ladbroke Grove there is a huge Sainsburys which is where a lot of people do their weekly shop -or they get it delivered.
