Estate agent in Cheltenham

Bit of a long shot but can anyone recommend a good EA in Cheltenham? We're about to put a recently inherited property on the market and as we don't live in the area have no knowledge of reputations of local agents.

House is worth in the region of £200k.

Any help would be very gratefully received!

Nnaylor and Powell are good. Cheltenham estate agents are good and only about 1% plus vat. Also Sam Ray again cheap and really good. What area is it in...there is kind of a territorial patch if that makes sense

Thanks Mrsladybird. The property's in Hatherley.

Yes, then Naylor Powell or Adams have a very strong presence

Thanks again! Do you have any views on Peter Ball or Philip Pugh?

Peter ball are ok, more pricey but are a big agent so have waiting lists. Philip pugh are a bit old school for my liking.

I'm in Hatherly so know the area well. Houses are popular in that price bracket, so shouldn't need heavy marketing

Thanks so much for that, that's really helpful (and encouraging!)

Philip Pugh wouldn't be our choice either but our co-executor (who lives in the area) wanted to use them. Not quite sure why, looking at their website...
