Anyone used this firm to purchase a property?

We are 8 weeks from offer acceptance and getting nowhere!

Bearing in mind our chain is we are first time buyers moving into a property where they are going to rent!!

I stupidly tried them when we moved. Fortunately we lost the sale and I could tell where to go. Switched to a local solicitor and never looked back.

They are hopeless. Never return calls, never do anything and have shocking reviews across the internet.

Yes regretting it massively

Responding is awful, been 3 days at the moment, if there's nothing tomorrow it's then next Tuesday and another week gone

We had similar problems with them! They really took their time over everything. In future I will use a more highly recommended local solicitor even if it costs more!
