Concreate experiences anyone?

Was keen on a concrete floor but now concerned we won't have the time for proper installation with sealing etc (more than a month from what I gather?) anyone have concreate tiles? Any advice and indication of costs?

Not sure if this will help, but...

I recently had to source quick drying stuff for my extension as can't lay underfloor heating until floor all dry. The builder had never heard of it. But there is Ronacreet, which is an additive that can be added. There is also ready-mixed stuff (you add water).
