I'm trying to sell my flat in London, in a great location. It's had tenants in for the last 5 years, so a little tired, but otherwise good. It's on with 2 agents, but viewings really low. One agent has suggested auctioning it as they have partnered an agency in the north called Pattinsons. Would love to hear from anyone who has experience with auctions and/or Pattinsons?
