What to do on moving day?

My partner and I are about to exchange on our new house - we're moving from our parents' houses so we'll be buying pretty much all-new furniture, we haven't got much to move in straight away.

My question is though - what are the first things we should do on getting the keys? This is all new to me!

Check keys for everything, make sure boiler and appliences are working. We moved into our first house from rental and had a week before we had to live there so were able to do a really thorough clean and paint. Sort out internet/phone line/utilities.

Read the meters and change the lock barrels. You don't know who may have copy keys so get new barrels from Screwfix or Wickes. Change the alarm code too. If there's no user manual, you can probably find it online.
