Cement tiles in hallway

Seen some beautiful cement tiles today in a geometric Moroccan style print that I would love for the hallway. Mosaic del sur was the place. Very pricey so would try to source similar cheaper.. but I'm wondering are they practical for a high traffic area? Any experience?

Are they printed or encaustic (pattern goes all the way through)? If encaustic they should wear very well. Google cement encaustic tiles, there are lots around, Topps Tiles does a cheapish range.

I have some from mosaic del Sur and they're lovely.

Depending on the style you want this site do some much cheaper but they don't have the variety of patterns. They wear well just don't get light ones as it's hard to keep clean in a hallway.
