Has triggering article 50 affected rices?

I've had no viewings this week. Is article 50 making buyers nervous?

Referendum result was last June, so it has been known since then that we were leaving.

How many viewings do you normally get in a week?

I assume you're talking about houses but it sounds like you're a rice wholesaler from your post!
And I doubt it's article 50,I don't think it's been triggered quite yet. Easter is supposed to be the prime time for viewings so maybe people are waiting.

Maybe it's article 50 that's making my viewings / offers dry up then. We haven't been on long and I thought well-priced, the agent says today's news is to blame for the slow interest.
