Basically, I stay in a four in a block I live on the bottom floor and my neighbour lives above their entrance is at the front of the property and mines is and the side. Their is a large garden at the front in view of my windows (this is mine), their is a small strip of garden at my side enterence what I've been told is the neighbours and the back is shared as I've been told.
I was wanting your input on this how would you say this works?
