Dulux trade masonry paint versus the regular stuff?

I need to repaint my house & will probably do it in Dulux Gardenia. Is there really any difference between Trade & regular paint? Is one thicker than the other? Is there much of a price difference? I have a massive area to do. I think it took 20 cans last time.

I'm mostly interested in the quality of coverage.

Our LL used regular paint and the jet wash blasted it off!!
If it's a big job the proper paint is worth it or you will be back over it again before long!

I didn't mean interior paint, I meant Dulux trade paint as against Dulux regular masonry paint.

the trade paint is said to be thinner, so you need more skill to apply it evenly without runs. I find it is quick to apply.

Some of the paints specially formulated for amateurs, like the "once" and k&b, are I think too thick for good results.,

I really don't know which would suit you better.
