Now what could possibly go wrong?

Hmm

No, really, what else could go wrong, as it's taken since mid-November to get this far and, although we exchanged yesterday, we're not actually moving until the end of April!

That's fabulous!

As you have exchanged not much else can go wrong with the purchase. They COULD still pull out but they would lose the deposit.

That's what I keep saying to myself, but it's been so bloody complicated on both ends that I just keep thinking, oh I don't know, something is bound to fuck it up for us!

Anyway, 6 weeks & 6 days and counting...

You won't want to read about my experience - worked out in the end!

MrsWembley · 14/03/2017 10:59

GrinSo long as it worked out!

But it's good to share. And maybe hearing about worse troubles than mine will make me feel better?

Six weeks and 3 days...

So glad you've made it. Have to admit I'm more than a little jealous as ours seems to be on the verge of falling through!

Offer was accepted last march (march 2016) and we've been nothing but messed about by our sellers! We're on the verge of giving up and looking for alternatives but they're few and far between because of how much the market has moved in 12 months. Not impressed doesn't cover it!

MrsWembley · 16/03/2017 22:19

Oh, I have to say, we've stayed on the books of all the local estate agents, just in case!

But March!Shock And I thought we'd been messed around!
