Wall to wall artex!

The house I'm poised to make an offer on has a conservatory / small extension that is poss 20 years old (maybe more) It has a corrugated plastic roof and It's wall to wall artex! It's not that ugly TBH and I could live with it, but I vaguely remember someone telling me once...to stay away from artex walls!! They have asbestos in them...especially if they are older properties. Now....I'm paranoid that I'm going to be in an un-healthy home :/ Any experts on artex or asbestos?

Not an expert but as long as you aren't going to be sanding or scraping the after you should be fine. It's only bad if it's in dust as that's how it gets into your lungs.

If you're going to do something then it would cost a bit more to get someone with experience of the material.
